I've never heard or seen this word before so I wouldn't have thought anything of it... So it's a slur?

Some slurs are very local...so...its a toss up sometimes if people would get upset. It was a word in Oakland because there were a lot of Blacks that moved there from the south for jobs.MAGIC is MAGIC,black OR white or even blood RED
