    Why isn't Jared the subway guy getting this sentence??? He's only getting 5 years and his crime was just as disgusting.

      The real question is why did it take 2 yrs and a crap-load of tax payers dollars to finaly convict him only to have tax payers pay MORE money to keep scum like him alive

        I will say that I truly believe that the Colorado theater killer is absolutely crazy with a capital C. I saw a video of him in his cell,do a back flip off his bunk right into a concrete wall. I do not think this guy could fake that. In my mind,the death penalty for him would be a favor to him...imagine what is in his mind...

          It's a travesty pure and simple... broken system. Hopefully the families feel some justice has been done and can find peace

                    They said it was going to be dry out today. I had plans. I've been awake for 2 hours now, so far the rain doesn't seem to stop soon..
