I was channel-surfing and happened upon the end of the Miss Universe pageant. What a mess. Steve Harvey was hosting and reading off the winners. So he announced the 2nd runner-up, Miss USA. That left Columbia & Philippines. So he says the winner is Columbia. She gets the banner, flowers, crown, the whole 9 yards, and he comes back on stage and says he's sorry, he read it wrong and Philippines actually won. I'm not a great fan of these things, but I really felt bad for both those young women.sigpic
