    Went and saw my general practitioner on Friday and finally am going to get some relief. I've been have having having a lot of back pain lately. I asked my GP to schedule a CT Myelogram. I had my last CT Myelogram in 2020 and I am in so much pain now. I asked her to get me another one scheduled because I want to know if it has got worse. So if it hasn't I am just going to shut up and go back to physical therapy and try acupuncture, which the hospital is currently offering. I am also doing another sleep study since my sleep is like shit. I'm just glad that I am going to be getting some relief.
    I can't seem to open the link. But thanks, I haven't tried beet yet, that sounds like a good idea. I actually got a pretty blush pink from avocado, that was surprising.

          Well today I go to Charleston, WV for my next appointment. I had a EGD last week and I learn how the EGD went. Hopefully, everything went well. I'm going to have to miss another day of training since I had to miss one last week due to the EGD, but oh well. Thank goodness my trainer understands. Anyway, hope I can report good news.

              Probably not willingly. Instant sunshine is instant sunshine and no one really wants to deal with instant sunshine when Russia's conventional forces get their asses kicked*.               * General opinion from people that I trust somewhat on this type of topic is that Russia is severely underperforming in Ukraine. If US forces roll into Ukraine in order to help expel the Russians then I fully expect Russian conventional forces to get their asses kicked. This is highly unlikely because Russia doesn't just have conventional forces and no one wants to deal with canned sunshine.

                I hope that we don't have a war on our hands. This is no time for really us to get involved in regarding sending our troops to war. I wish we could do something besides sending help via food and other things but that isi all we can do for now.

                  The current administration is doing everything possible to avoid it, but the rumble is getting louder. Putin's ego won't let him admit he lost anything so he's just going to keep on going as if he's winning. At some point, this has to come to an end by some means.
