      So I joined a subreddit on reddit called r/freebies. Free stuff. Sure it works. Uhuh.

      Well. 2 weeks and here is my freebie haul so far!


      List:
      ~Listerine Cool Mint 3.2 oz. (pretty much a nice travel size portion)
      ~Fructus Marvelous hair oil.
      ~Yogi tea bags: Kava stress relief and Bedtime
      ~Nature's Bounty Hair, skin and nails gummies
      ~Kate Somerville skin care products: anti-wrinkle cream, anti aging serum and an exfoliating treatment
      ~Kotex U brand: 2 regular pads, 2 heavy flow pads and 2 pantiliners

          Well, there's one upside to having a puppy. EVERYONE wants to talk to you. I even had a lady with a dog offer to walk with me to the dog park so our dogs could play.

          It's crazy, people. And the chicks. Holy heck, the chicks.

              Another avenue for getting and giving free things is Freecycling. You have to keep an eye on it, but can get decent things!

                  I took the day off due to a fever, and because I can't sleep I've been sitting in my little nest by the big window with my tea, just watching the trees in the yard. And I was thinking... I'm really going to miss having trees... and a yard... and a big window... But just not having a crazy abusive person around me today also made me realize that once we move out, all of my days will be this calm! Not just the one day every 8 months or so that I'm sick! I'm sure most people think I'm nuts for saying it, but trust me if you ever spent 20 years of your life living with a delusional narcissist who is almost always home (because they work 3-4 days a week) you would understand.

                  Also, and I know the forum is probably sick of me talking about hedgies, but I heard my little quill-ball "purr" for the first time last night. ^^

                            Last day of class for the week. No getting up so early that I have to peel my eyelids open with a tire jack tomorrow :P I've been spending my evening watching the finest in cheeseball horror.

                              I don't have to wake up before noon till next Friday! And I haz hours! I'm very happy. I have to work 5 days straight, but they are all afternoon shifts or closing and 4 or 5 hour shifts. Easy peasy

                                I have a legit two day weekend, for once.

                                Gonna spend tomorrow cycling, cleaning the house, and then partying up the solstice eve. Spending Sunday surprise canoe picnicking with the partner (who gets home tomorrow, hence cleaning...), and then hopefully viewing a place to live.
