Yeh,actually a little early for this area,generlly it does not snow this much until December,but that's only less than a week away right now.

lucky you it varies here. some years there's snow in november. most years (that I can remember) it's around january. we rarely have a white christmas :P but we always hope.

The good thing about the cold and snow,it will most likely stop or at least slow down the protests like it did with Occupy wall street thing.

Rain...and coastal flooding.. Wasn't thinking when I picked my route and I almost killed my car.. Who knew taking the kids to the dentist @ high tide could be so exciting?

I have snow for 8 months a year. I went bike riding today at -30, and my nose feels a little frostbitey.

Don't be Gleb,snow is fun for about the first hour,then it is just a pain in the butt..if you are an adult,if you are a kid,it is endless fun...

while I love snow, 8 months would drive me insane :P our public transport would never work then. ever. So I'm happy it's not like that here. But I understand if you want snow Gleb. Come to Denmark in a month or two ^^ there's a 50/50 chance between snow and rain.

Which reminds me, there was an ice exhibition in Jerusalem. There were plenty of ice statues - animals, dolls, dragons, stairs...

Yeah, I went to see it. It was awesome. The temperature was -10C, so everyone had to brings something that would keep them warm.
