Some evil bugger put a litter of kittens in a trash can... But someone came by and rescued them and now we get to watch them on live kitten cam. Scampery little playful kittens who get to be happy and play and warm now!

My friend Tom is back in town. He's been home for an hour. We already have dinner plans. It makes me happy to know it's not just me. I'm usually texting him before my plane even disembarks. Apparently, he is the same.

I was reading Wild recently, and there is one scene where Cheryl finds a friend on the trail from earlier in her hike, and she whoops and yells "Doug! Doug! Doug!" and he yells "CherylCherylCheryl!" ...and they leap into each other's arms in a bear hug. That's how it feels. It feels nice.

I will be receiving a bear hug in about 15 minutes.

I just ordered my sheered black swimdress. I had money via Paypal from an on-line survey site. I've been saving it. So the bathing suit only cost me $14. I can't wait to get to the gym and start my swimming again.

Thank you. We went to dinner with a bunch of coworkers (we're coworkers now, too). It was fun, but there were so many of us that we had to spread out over two tables at the bar, and it made it hard to focus and pay attention to people.

I wish I could sneak up on him with the camera while he's sleeping, but he wakes up whenever I get within 2 feet of him. It's like he's a jedi!
