it was someone's kids birthday cake. I think it was like 4 layers tall and had fun blue and green icing. I'm not exactly sure what the design originally was but I think it may have been a Muppet or Sesame Street character. Dunno. But yay. Have I mentioned that I'm down 15 lbs?

Road tripping is good for the soul!!! We had a fantastic visit I got this HUGE red hat from a thrift store because who doesn't love big hats??? Now I'm back home relaxing before I go back to work.

Just discovered that you can get loads of cute clothes in asian sizes on amazon. People keep commenting that they're too short.. saying as clothes in the UK are always far too long for me, and I know clothes from Japan fit me perfectly, I'm pretty confident they'll be fine for me. I just don't imagine returning things will be easy so I should proceed with caution maybe. I'm also a bit dubious about the working conditions of the people who make these things..

This totally makes me smile. I was finally able to get close enough to one of the kittens that are living in my bushes out back to get a picture. Shortly after I took it, the little furball ran deeper in.Comment
