Rained this morning. Like 4am the faucet turned on in the sky. BAM CRASH! And then as I looked out my bedroom window I saw rain moving sideways across my vision. Like sheets of it. Weirdest thing ever. And now as I look at the black clouds I hear the first crack of thunder. Here we go again!

Very nice. I like the first one more than the owl but it is a good representation of the bird.

Tomorrow is the last day of the parking lot sale. I told my co-workers don't call me. I'll be in Japan for the day.

*looks around. Japan looks an awful lot like my bedroom.

Spent the day shopping. Picked up a big barrel curling iron, some face powder, gel eyeliner, lipstick, facial cleansing pads, olives and just ordered some Bath and Body works body mists and lotions for work. I keep them in my locker so at least someone in the store doesn't smell like grease. Pizza and binge watch tv show time!

Our district manager visit went very well. I got quizzed on the sop stuff and I knew it like the back of my hand. I had no idea I was being quizzed for the official audit though. I was just blurting out the answers because I was asked. And I got a high 5 from the new dm. After that my boss called and said the dm was very impressed with my knowledge and I should be an asst manager. My boss knows though that I like my position where it's at and the store I'm at. Plus with the heart bigeminy thing, I don't want to risk any more stress or not be reliable. But in the end he had good words for me. I outshined our assistant manager (which sucks, but I did warn him to study!)
