It's a bit past midnight (and I'm up as usual).
So I'm making this official announcement!
I Just booked my hotel/car rental for my next vacation coming up at the end of April. Yup, 4 months planning because it's a big one (for me). I will be going away to see the GRAND CANYON for two full days! All by myself! I've never been. I will be using a day each to travel there and back. And two full days staying at Williams, Az so I can drive into the Grand Canyon. Two full days of me and that canyon and just relaxing! I'm super excited. (I'm also prudent and made sure I had free cancellation).

I don't care what everyone else is saying, 2016 was an absolute blast! I entered it after a 4 year rut, lamenting the fact that 2015 passed in a blink and all I had was a few more wrinkles to show for it. I swore I wouldn't let 2016 be another clone of the year before. JP felt the same. So we took each other by the hand, took a deep breath and leapt into the scary unknown together. It was a whirlwind. Our lives filled with magic, the old habits and obsticles were shed and the year didn't flash by. It moved at just the right pace.
