JP cashed in his money jar yesterday. Even after the sorting machine took its cut, he was left with 60 pounds. So today, armed with an actual oshawott in my pocket, we went shopping for our oshawott themed bathroom. The whole lot only came to ￡30, so we have enough left over to buy things for the kitchen. We're leaving the livingroom as it is, and we're willing to wait until he's working before we worry about the bedroom. I'm happy that even though we're gonna struggle, we at least have a home that feels like ours! I can't wait to share my life with this special human being!

Having been told that I need to drop a lot of my 'colorful' language use, for a woman with delicate sensibilities, did not, of course, make me smile one whit.

However, the comic use of rather "childish" epithets, and their subsequent affects, does, amazingly enough, make me smile.

Using cutesy kid phrases, like the above mentioned doody-head, is rather explosively NOT insulting and, rather, not stirring up a hornets' nest like I usually do.

That's to say, I find the impact, of my lack of real profanity, to be smile-worthy.
