    Little story bout Brown Derby beer..Had a roommate that myself and the other roommate sent out to get some beer. The guy we sent was a tightwad,and he bought the cheapest beer he could so as to keep the change. The beer he bought was Brown Derby...We sent him back out to get some REAL beer..

        I am thinking the building manager is up to something,cause suddenly the vents are running,something that only happens when there is an inspection by HUD. New owners are someone I would really like to talk to one on one.
