      I don't think I've noticed you being absent till you mentioned it. Not because I don't pay attention. But because I see you on my fb feed. So I don't feel you left me!

        I have to pass the poetry final on Thursday and there wil be no peoetry till I finish high school.

            Feeling sorry for myself. Want to express how sorry for myself I feel.. but know people will think I'm attention-seeking.. which will make me feel even more sorry for myself.. What a bind.

            Wait, I know... BEER. Beer fixes everything...

                1. Divergent remains a good flick on a second viewing.
                2. The in-story founders of that society were all sci-fi geeks with no practical knowledge of what they needed to do. Thus we have a military caste without close supervision by civilian government, a scientist caste with way too much voice and a hillariously high, ludicrously expensive fence that is extreme overkill for non-mechanized threats and extremely useless for mechanized threats who will have the mobility to bypass it or the firepower to break it.

                              I actually think "how cool!"

                              I mean, its no different than a tripod, but less to cary. Also...I'm almost never in pictures because I'm always taking them...its not like we have other family here that we go out with, where they would take a pic of us together. My mom recently made the (well-meant and not said snarkily, even though it comes out that way in print) comment "you know, if something happened to you, your kids wouldn't even remember what you look like because you aren't in any pictures with them"...
