I did that yesterday... I always go crazy eating the day before it hits...

Some months its worse then others but yesterday, I was hungry from the time I got up till the time I wen to bed and everything looked amazing!!

I went for an hour bike ride this afternoon. But I did watch the last 40 minutes because that's where all the action is. I did also watch the half time show. Katy was boring. And her google outfit was distracting. Only good thing was missy elliot and those dancing sharks.

Now you've gone too far. My mother loved those patas in the menudo. I hated seeing them stick out. Eewwwie.

But i will pick up some lemon chili peanuts!

Also grab some Chicharon...little square fried within an inch of charcoal,ate them with beer as a snack...OH YEH.. (Fat back chopped and fried)

I like head cheese, especially when you slice it from a loaf and half of the slice is refrigerator jerky and the other half is plump and moist.

Open face, with mayo and jalepenos.

We have spicy ones too. But I used to go to a Mexican Place in San Pedro with my parents. They had a WALL full of huge (by this I mean like 1 foot sheets)of chicarones. The ones that had that little piece of meat still to them. I liked to crack them, dip then in cream cheese and then fresh salsa.

Dis be why I have to take Zantac now.

I met one of my dearest friends in 2008. I just looked through some pics I took at an event a year before that, and she was in one, in the background. I thought that was pretty funny!
