So I got off work at 6pm and home by 6:30pm. Had my din din and went to bed to watch videos. I just woke up. I looked at my history and see I fell asleep at 8:30pm. That quickly. Ever wake up from unexpectedly falling asleep only to wonder what year it is? Yeah. I got another 9 hours of sleep to go. Goodnight...again.

I was way over my head tonight... I'm a pastry cook not a line cook. I have no business being on fish station but apparently fish is where they want me and I didn't do myself any favors by coming out on top (the thought was if I sucked I could go back to pastry). It just means they will continue to throw me everywhere because I'm not sinking and staying at the bottom. I want to be the absolute best at what I do but I also want time to get comfortable and 100% on a station before I get thrown somewhere new. It wouldn't be so bad if I was feeling confident in myself, what do you do when your not feeling confident at work?

The article I read today about community food shops. They're new, and if you're struggling you can become a member for six or twelve months and it gets you discounted food, but in return you must sign up to their training programme - this includes learning how to be a 'good consumer'. I'm assuming they mean to teach people how to spend wisely, but something about it really sticks in my craw.

Well,maybe the lady was not his true soul mate....(I am not even going to comment on the age difference)

Thanks habbs. I just found out if I do go the part is mine. But rehearsals are minimum 4 times a week from now until premier in april. Not sure i can make that work with uni..
