My phone won't charge anymore. I have like 25% battery life and I need to move 853 files (mainly photo, like 15 audio/video) files to my SD card...can I make it!?

Tried wiggling the carger? When my phone stopped charging, holding it at certain angles helped you can probably get a new battery cheap too.

14 years ago today was the last normal day. I wish I had moved away before then. I wish I didn't know anyone who was killed or who lost someone they loved. I wish it hadn't happened.

I'm so conflicted. For the last few months I've been feeling more positive about my body, not under eating, and exercising for the sake of my health, rather than to burn off extra calories. Yet tonight I made the mistake of weighing myself. I'm 8 stone! I never used to let my weight get above 7.7 and even then I felt chubby. 8 stone puts my BMI at 21.

Now I feel hideous again. All that progress destroyed in an instant. Yet I know I've done so much harm to my body by forcing it to stay at a lower weight than it wants to be. Dieting isn't the answer, no matter how tempting that is right now.

Maybe I'll keep my diet and exercise the same but stop drinking. It's most probably the extra cals from beer that's done this. Or water retention... I had a salt craving a week ago and couldn't get rid of my hunger until I'd had enough salty food. Salt causes water retention, right? :S

Jembru, some of it might be the alcohol or the water weight, but it could also be a positive and that you've developed more muscles. I say this and I know it probably means nothing, but what matters is that you're healthy. And happy. *hug* Weight fluctuates extremely just based on what seems like the slightest thing.
