    Wondering if I have to go to work today.

        I got home and put a movie on while I took a little nap after work. Got my heated blankee under me and it's like a giant heating pad. It's dark and I'm all half way asleep. Phone rings

          Finally back home. Cat missed me so bad that he's cuddling me on the couch, EVEN THOUGH there are dogs in the room.

          What an oddity.

          In other news, going in to apply for a job today. Hope I get it.

                  We're supposed to get between 4" and a foot over Michigan.

                    Things that used to make nice little gifts for people you didn't know really well are pretty much obsolete now....a box of stationery, a photo album, etc.

                        I think that a mounted moose head is a gift that always makes a good impression.

                          Candles and/or lotion seem to be what women get from other women when they have no idea what to get them.

                          There is chocolate on the other end of the room. But to get it, I have to leave my warm chair. The struggle is real.

                              My go-to present for people I don't know well is always something handmade or homemade. Homemade drip candles, baked goods, sugar scrubs for women (or men if they're into that), bottles of bourbon, etc.
