I went through a margarita phase for 20 or so years haha!! Too sweet for my taste now - not to get all linked with the juice thread, but most margarita mixes are just a big old bottle full of high fructose corn syrup.

Cool!!!! I remember going out weekly to a Mexican restaurant for happy hour in the 80's, where we'd get pitchers of strawberry margaritas. They were way too sweet, but we loved them. Most strawberry things taste nothing like real strawberries!

Oh, listen to that! The crazy woodpecker is back this year, drummin' on the metal antenna, again.

I wish the swallow would come back. It doesn't make much noise, and attacks anybody who comes to the door.

Morning sickness can last anywhere from a week to the whole 9 months. You'll know it's over when it stops, but don't get excited because it can come back.

Ginger helps. I kept a bag of candied ginger next to the bed and had ginger infused water in the fridge. The recommended dose is one gram daily of the dried powder, divided into 4, 250 mg doses. I didn't need to take capsules if I had a slice or two of candied ginger before getting upright in the morning, and sipping on tea or infused water until around lunchtime when I could finally eat.

But I'm sorry to say that I endured 6 months of morning sickness with my first pregnancy, 8 months with Chickadee, and 8 months but slightly less severe with Sharkbait (with both, I had one glorious puke free month in the second trimester, and that was it).
