There are traditional answers to zombie hordes....

Only problem is that pesky distinction between zombie-like hordes and actual zombie hordes.

My neighbors are out in their front yard screaming again.

I wish it was newsworthy, but instead it's just another night.

[QUOTE=DanieMarie;149131]I have food allergies, so I'm not even eating the burger in most ethnic foods. I'm slowly getting drunk because drinks are the only thing that don't risk contamination. The reason I bothered to respond to this is that I want to judge people who order western food at international restaurants, but I can't. I get the same dirty looks from other diners and servers for not ordering the food. People just assume that I'm refusing to eat it because I don't like it and they give me pretty ugly looks because of it. Kinda hurts. I wouldn't bother at all, but if it's a good friend's birthday and their favourite restaurant is Indian, I don't want to miss it. I imagine it's the same for people who just don't like Indian (or whatever).

What food allergies do you have??? Because madam as cooks our job is to be able to accommodate you. Thats something we strive for. Yes sometimes we get annoyed but thats with the "i can't have gluten because i'm allergic but i'm really just on a diet." So when you go eat tell them you have an allergy and ask what they can recommend and or prepare for you. Most places will have something or will make you something because after all thats what we do.

I've already danced my bare feet to bleeding, and it's only the FIRST evening of the festival.

Goddamnit. Also, do I go to bed now, and wake up for work in the morning, or do I leave the house and go to a concert at 11:30? Hmm. Decisions.

From what I remember, she has quite a few food allergies and it's always proved to be difficult for her to find food to eat, even when she makes it. I'm sure she can detail it more, but I know the list is extensive.

                            Morally, maybe.

The larger problem is that there are no legal repercussions that I'm aware of for zombie destruction. Eliminating zombie-like hordes tends to attract all those silly people in uniform. Being target practice for the local police force is generally not as fun as it sounds.

The sheriff's helicopter has been circling the neighborhood for 30 minutes. That spotlight keeps going from one side of the house to the other.

Very glad we have Lexi, the pitbull. She's super friendly (even to the neighbor's chihuahua who has learned how to get on top of the brick fence and walk back and forth like a cat. And Lexi just smiles at it) But Lexi won't like some stranger coming to our yard. No sir.
