    Yesterday I play chess at lichess, the first game I lost, this second game I won in 5 moves, then I've to eat dinner during the third game.

      I am thinking what is up with the 85 degree heat in what I remember as the beginning of spring???? Yes,it is 85 degrees in NJ right now..

        Already planning my next vacation in September. Going to Vegas!....again

        The Tuesday after Labor day weekend has the cheapest rates around. Planning on staying 4 days and 3 nights at the Main Street Station casino. They have a great buffet(yes, I'm a fatty, but they do have a section of sugar free deserts. I'm guessing they cater to the old peeps). This time it's not next to the Fremont strip (bad night sleep last time), but a street and up over. And it's only $135 TOTAL. Yup, everything.

        I love being frugal!

        I should probably final up my Grand Canyon trip, huh?

            We are on our 147th consecutive day with snow on the ground and 125th consecutive day with at least a 12 inches of snow on the ground. We've had 131 inches total for the year. It's just really started to melt in the last week. I am very, very ready to see some green.

                Tomorrow I will be starting the WVU Wellness Walk 100 miles in 100 days with my mom and dad. While I'm doing this I will be not only walking, but focusing on my food issues. So I have to at least walk five miles a week, which isn't hard, but can't gain it back with my eating habits. I have a Fitbit. It will be easy to track my miles, but hard to stay on track with the food. Here goes. I will try.

                    That its spring, and mushroom weather and I've got a friend by the name of Corbin who likes to go foraging/growing mushrooms and I'd like to know how hunting season is going. Well it would be mushroom weather if it'd get a little warmer.

                      It's been raining madly up here in the north woods, so the fungi should be blooming soon. I haven't been out for a stroll, though, since fall. It's time to go in search of the elusive land fish.

                        We have also had quite a bit of rain, and then its still pretty cool most days but I've got flowers blooming. I'm so ready to get Monster outside more. Though him being a midwesterner he could probably hand this weather way better then I realize.

                          It's snowing again. The trees haven't even started to bud yet and probably won't see flowers until June.

                          Was going snowboarding today but going to wait for a warmer and sunnier day so the conditions will soften.
