Somewhere I read about right VS Left side sleepers. Has to do with the organs on Right or left.

What is your most productive sleep pose?

Curled up. No particular preference as to which side. If it's night time so JP is here we spoon. Dolly often curls up in the nape my knees make. Otherwise she comes under the covers and sleeps in my arms (more so in the winter when it's cold). If we're both in bed, dolly prefers to cuddle up with me rather than JP for some reason. Maybe I'm warmer. He'll suffice when I'm at work though.

Also, what's a body pillow? I'm petit but definitely come under the curvy category. My hips are wide and boney so I think I might benefit.

I have a straight one about five feet I guess. I use it as a head rest to prop up while watching tv. Also when I sleep I throw my leg over so I'm not squishing my thighs together. And when you have cramps, it's great. It relieves any stress while on your side. It's awesome!

Also seems like you are not sleeping alone..good for people who liked spooning when married.
After splitting from my ex,it took a while to get used to sleeping alone.

Right in the middle of the bed with a pillow on each side, and above me. On my stomach with one leg hooked up as high it will go.

They look really comfortable. Although also costly! I've heard those who lie on their side especially we girlies with our womanly hips, should sleep with a small pillow between the knees. Apparently it's better for the spine.

Do it on the cheap. Buy 2 or 3 cheap pillows. Buy a body pillowcase (Mine was like $5) and stuff. All done. I actually rotate my head pillows into my body ones every so often. Works fine. I'm frugal dontcha know?!

I bought this army green california bear state logo tee at Goodwill for $2.00. I was going to chop it and style it because it's like 3 sizes too big. But it's like super duper uber soft cotton. Like it flows like buttah on me. So it's not my official night jammie shirt. If it's cold then it gets paired with my fave mini mouse fleece jammy bottoms. If it's hot I just wear it as my light sheet to bed I guess.

I have this blanket,kinda fleece,and oh so comfy..only use it in the winter... Not cloths,BUT Pair of kinda jogging pants..kinda fleece maybe,but comfortable.

I bought a really cute pink 50's-ish dress on sale really cheap that I love it's either that, or my big fuzzy fleece sweater... depends on the weather.
