Prayer,as I myself understand it is a Private communication between the Believer and their Deity.

More of a one sided conversation really. Nothing ritual, but I do sometimes talk to my gods and hope they hear.

Attempting to build practise based around "Seed", which involves praying to a seed i plant, as it grows, amd mourning its death. Idea is to build a daily habit, and get over any awkwardness over talking to inanimate objects.

The plants not dead yet...

When was your last vacation and where did you go?

Down south, at new years. Spent time with some friends, drove down. Its about 12 hours drive from us to the southern tip of the state, so we did that.

2005 when hubby (then boyfriend) and I went on a two week road trip to El Paso, LA, San Diego and back home. Everything since then has been arranged family visits that didn't really feel like vacationing.

When was your last vacation and where did you go?

My last vacation was with my friend Yvonne and her friend (I can't remember his name, but he was a motorcyclist) and her son. We went to Myrtle Beach during the Motor Cycle Week. I had driven my car while she had rode with her friend on his motorcycle. I took care of her son, which was no big. I loved her son and still do. We went around Myrtle Beach and one of the things we did was mini-golfing. It was fun. Before we left we went to my favorite ice cream shop, Painters. You got to try if you ever go to North Myrtle Beach. They have the best ice cream.
