How is it cold enough for pants in Egypt? How?

it's actually hotter when you feel the sun burning onto your bare skin rather than having it covered. Plus there is no humidity which is awesome, with a nice breeze. On top of that it's not so well looked upon running around here "flashin" lots of skin of course. But really it's not as horrible as one would think. It's really comfortable actually
