Masked found the correct place in the settings to enable users to be able to switch themes at will. You can find the drop down at the bottom left corner of every page for the selection. Currently, we only have the default themes that this vBulletin suite came with. I am on the lookout for other styles as well but haven't found any decent ones that didn't charge an arm and a leg for them.
