I'll tell you what I'm NOT eating.. mango. I bought 3 nice large ones that were reduced in the supermarket. It wasn't until I started trying to carve one up for my packed lunch, that I remembered why I don't usually buy mangos. They're impossible to carve. By the time I'd removed the skin and scraped what I could from the stone, I maybe had less than a satsuma sized portion.
