Bingo Rok and Chain. The Feds have taken on powers that the Constitution has specifically outlined they should not have. The regulations of the powers of Federal Government is outlined in Article 1 Section 8.
The Feds use the umbrella clause to justify their actions but, the umbrella clause does not really give them that backing. All the umbrella clause does is allow the government to make laws that execute the powers listed in Section 8 and the constitution. Not one of the powers listed in the Constitution tells the government they have the right to tell me what I can or cannot put into my body.
