Trout baked with a bit of lemon juice and wine stuffed with garlic, dill and basil, kaese (cheese) spaetzle with sauteed leeks, onions and mushrooms, sauteed veggies and a bit of spinach.

Large dinner, but more than half was veggies. I kept my spaetlze and fish servings minimal.
