I'm speaking almost daily to the fox, horse, owl and now rabbit in my head. I ask them all kinds of things, they answer.. and if I'm lucky, they'll even answer the question I asked them.

You meant real, living animals though, didn't you? In that case, I would ask Oscar, my mum's dog, if he wants to be here. He's an old, old man. He can't see, he can't play with his rope, or fetch balls anymore, he can't get onto the bed to watch out of the window, he's all aches when he first wakes up, and while he still enjoys walks, he drags his feet, especially on the way home. He wabbles when he walks and is constantly walking into things and falling over.

Oscar is the reason my mum is trapped in that flat, dependant on my financial assistance to keep her flat from being repossessed. This situation has been going on for 5 years now. Literally thousands of my pounds have gone to my mum. So the catch is.. if we make the decision to have Oscar put to sleep, would it be for our own financial freedom, or for Oscar's benefit? We love him so much, so just want to do the right thing by him.

So I'd ask Oscar if he's suffering and let him decide. It's too hard for us to make that choice.

Who is your favorite villain?

Cain.

He offers what he has to God, God snubs him because he likes what Cain's brother has better.

So Cain gets ticked, kills his brother (can't hardly kill God, now, can he?).

God finds out what a shit storm he called up by being a jerk, and grants Cain eternal life, while also making sure nobody will pester him, as atonement.

Some people tell the story differently.

Don't hate me now! Loki. The marvel one is cool and tom is cute and all that. But I've always been fascinated by loki from the first time I read the myths (I pretty much learned to read with them, my teacher back then was from iceland)...
