I can't sleep and it's 4am. All my hard work of getting myself back on sleep track just went down the drain. All the bad news of today finally hit me and I just can't go to bed. I am having a slight panic attack about it. If I get into bed. It will be quiet. And I will be faced with the news today. I've been sitting with it all day and have been 'fine' with it. But it's finally there. Ok. Got my solitaire on my phone. Got my podcast downloaded. I can do this. I can go to bed. Also..my eyes still feel funky from all the prodding and poking and extra drops. Like I've been straining.Satan is my spirit animal

isn't insomnia wonderful? I cleaned my room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining room, the living room, did the dishes, dusted, alaphabatized by brother's games, and then I then went ocd on the house putting things (like the pile of cough drops on the counter and the pens on the hall table) into neat perfectly spaced patterns. then I took a shower, brushed my teeth, made breakfast and greeted my parents with some coffe at 7 am. I managed to sleep for an hour at 9.Circe
