I watched Transformers 4, last night. It was... meh. Not one of my favs. I saw in IMDB that there might be another transformers movie in 2016-ish NOT directed by Micheal Bay. I'd like to see that one.
I think all the destruction of large cities and big 'splosions just doesn't do it for me and I wasn't a fan of the human like faces they gave the new Autobots and Decepticons, either. But.. Bumblebee!
    I <3 Bumblebee.
I can tolerate Michael Bay, the first 3 movies provided cheap entertainment even with the Whitwickies and giant plot holes. I just hated Day of Destruction. The complete absence of any of the Autobot allies from the last three movies with less than a token effort at explanation was a giant turn off.

But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."

"Gone Girl" yesterday, and "Interstellar" today.

One of my all time faves, "Contact" has Jodie Foster tripping through space in a black hole with Matthew McConnaghey playing the Earth-bound bf. Well, this time, in "Interstellar". he got to go. LOL

Contact seriously had me in the feels. The last bit where she sees her father again. I bawled like forever.

Made me remember how much I enjoyed the first one - it was better than I had anticipated it to be.

top, if not near the top, of my list of comedic action movies.
pretty violent but extremely enjoyable and great laughable moments.
i was smiling the whole time.
except during the not good parts of course.

I'd never watched any of the Harry Potter movies because I didn't want them to ruin the way I imagined everything in my head, but I saw the first one a week ago and have since acquired all the rest.

Last night I watched HP and the Prisoner from Azkaban. It was hurried, they didn't mention the true significance of the Marauder's Map nor the shape of Harry's patronus, but it was enjoyable nonetheless.

So I had to work at 4am. And of course my sleep pattern being what it is, I knew at 1am that wasn't going to happen. So I lie in bed with my headphones on watching Shaun of the dead. Still had my giggling in the middle of the early wee hours.
