Probably the look on my little brother's face whenever I visit.
He's turning 8 next Feb. Seems like only yesterday when my mother said "Oh BTW, I'm pregnant" outside a Subway as we were fetching dinner, another thing which makes me smile whenever I think about it.
And yes, those were her exact words.

My anxiety is getting better. Today I woke up and decided I wanted to go to the zoo, so we did, and had a good time I couldn't do that a year ago, I would have needed to plan it days in advance.
Also lion cubs! And otters! And baby giraffes! Sooo cute. I might put up a few pictures soon

Good for you! I really struggle with this. I love doing stuff, even spontaneous stuff, but if a friend calls and says "do you want to go on a two day canoeing trip...in an hour?" ...I freak out and can't deal with it. For me, if I came up with the idea, it's all good, but if someone else does, I need time to prepare myself mentally to be near other people. I suck at social spontaneity.

My friend dragged me to the gym this morning, despite a mild hangover. I'm glad he did.

Scrounging out the last contents of the fridge resulted in a big and flavorful breakfast.

Yes, but in a different way. It is like the anti-matter universe version of Guinness - just as good, but in every way the opposite.

Horny Monk, is, first off, local (in Northern Michigan, anything within 150 miles is "local").

Second, it is a sweet-ish, Belgian-style ale. But dark, with heavy duty barley, low hoppiness.

If you can find it, try it. You won't regret it!

Depends,some local stuff(I think small brew) in always a local,even in some places only sold in the bar(Pub) that brews it.

Yeah...

You may not ever see it. It comes from a micro-brewery in Petoskey. I don't know how widespread the distribution is. It really IS worth seeking out in speciality shops, though. It's that good...

KP his boyfriend (best friend but lets be honest they are in their own personal relationship that is all their own) and I are going to try a ramen place that just opened up here in Dallas. It also happens to be Dallas' first ramen place so I'm pretty excited about it. Then off to the Gingermen(craft beer bar) to meet up with some more friends where I plan on enjoying a few alcoholic gingerbeers cause lets face it thats really the only kind you should enjoy.
