    The muffins I made are better than I expected. They're actually more like... coffee cake in muffin form. Undercover coffee cake?

            I'm off from the restaurant the next two days. I need it, on the other hand it was really nice to have some one on one with my Sous on some points on the grill. So far I've done pretty good but having him over there with me giving me pointers and tips was really nice.

                                Kittens, kittens, everywhere! The woman up in Canada that does the livestreaming of her fostering of cats just had TWO litters born yesterday! In total, there are 13 kittens and two moms that I can look in on any time I want to watch them squirm around, and grow, and scamper about!
