I'm back from my day trip to Oceanside! I had such a relaxing day. I'll tell you more later. I uploaded some pics. And now nap time.

So I cashed in another $5 Bing rewards gift card. Got myself a Best Buy one this time. My left ear headphone just died. Put an order in for another one and am going to pick it up tomorrow. Went from $9.99 to $4.80 (and free pick up)

You can have our rain. We've got a Thunder storm rolling in (I can hear it now) and the sewers are already flooding.

I met a couple walking no less than 6 dogs by the lake today beagles. Ranging from 15 months to 14 years. They were adorable and I got to pet them all still smiling about that.

So Friday I have an eye appt at 2pm. Supposed to get my medicated eye drops for staving off Glaucoma. Thinking my day off is shot. But nope. The next block is the main bus station hub. Gonna walk over there and head on out to LA. Going to the LACMA. It's free for Southern Cali residents after 3pm. And they stay open till 8pm. So I can probably catch a few hours of some art and a snack.

Yay. Weekly day trip is back on!

So I finally bit the bullet and put in an intro email to a cat volunteer place. It's called Kitty Bungalow. I've volunteered to be a charm school teacher. To teach lil kittehs how to behave. With care and lots of cuddles. In fact my official title would be cat cuddler. I hope I get in.
