Indian Chief 'Two Eagles' was asked by a white government official; "You have observed the white man for 90 years. You've seen his wars and his technological advances. You've seen his progress, and the damage he's done."
The Chief nodded in agreement.
The official continued; "Considering all these events, in your opinion, where did the white man go wrong?"
The Chief stared at the government official for over a minute and then calmly replied.. "When white man find land, Indians running it, no taxes, no debt, plenty buffalo, plenty beaver, clean water. Women did all the work, Medicine Man free. Indian man spend all day hunting and fishing; all night having sex."
Then the chief leaned back and smiled; "Only white man dumb enough to think he could improve system like that."

Today I have quite a few things that made me smile.
~My new leopard bathing suit one size smaller than last year.
~My new 4g mp3 player for $29.99. Comes with small video screen for watching movies and photo capacity. Though I won't use it to watch anything. And I added a pic of Dumuzi!
~My appointment for my Diabetic class so I can start getting my glucose monitor and supplies free through the county insurance.
~Netflix announced that in April it will start to stream CBS series including The Twilight Zone! Omg. I am about to burst!
~The idea that I am going to give in and buy myself a new lcd flat screen tv. Preferably 26 inches.

I downloaded 3 free radio shows of it. And each episode is only $1.95. It's a great thing to pass some time in bed when I can't sleep.

I have had this awesome day...got our tax return, and I spent my chunk on clothes for the steampunk group I belong to...got a corset, and a new blouse and skirt...met up with some new potential friends and had lunch....really darn good day
