    Once you find that something you do makes you feel guilty it is necessary to your health to change your behavior.
    I try not to do things that I will feel guilty for. I stopped watching TV (got rid of it completely), and I spend no more time on line than I feel is ok. I spend time in my shop, garden and volunteering for a local non-profit.
    I find I have more time for meditation and my writing. I am more in tune with my environment and a happier, more relaxed person.
    The Dragon sees infinity and those it touches are forced to feel the reality of it.
    I am his student and his partner. He is my guide and an ominous friend.

        I confess I am soooooo out of shape. I downloaded Zombies, Run! and went for a run this morning with my dog, and I only managed 3km before I was wiped, and half of that was walking or letting him sniff stuff.

        *sigh* I need to go back to the gym.

            Now, if that is true, it is truly unfortunate. It takes no special powers to see random, but numerous, jokes of beer and donuts in your past, present and future.

                    I confess, that I'm tempted to start watching the Merlin series again but I don't have enough time.
                    I also confess, that I WILL get Juni's cats one day! ONE DAY!

                          Oh no, I have Juni's and Thal's cats for that. Juni just doesn't know I grab her cats one at a time while she's asleeeeep.

                            I confess I still draw like a kid (I also confess: that's a goat pun. I must fuel my goat/sheep frenzy so I can declare myself the goatest member some day in the near future.).
                            Which is a bit embarrassing when you know artsy people. :P

                              Good luck, Gleb. My cats disappear when anyone other than hubby or I are in the house. It's like we don't have cats at all except for the litter boxes, food dishes and cat hair bunnies. Might be dog hair... They all shed!
