So I posted a comment in a thread on reddit. It was about a rant on diva cups. Because every woman loves them. Well this lady didn't. And I simply commented 'Yay tampons'.

I'll never understand. The highest karma comment I ever got was for replying to someone with a Jenny quote. (did you experience the whole 'Jenny' thing, on reddit?)

Also, I hated diva cups foreeeeeeeeeeeever, and then I looked into it and found out different brands are different sizes. I found one out of France called the fleurcup. Still hated it for a few months, but now it's fine. I haven't used a tampon in months (but I carry them with me at that time of the month because tampons = still easier than washing a cup in a public bathroom)

I am thinking that I never had real yogurt before. My Daughter bought me some "Chobani" Greek yogurt,and I think this is what yogurt is supposed to taste like and be thicker than the American brands. I am impressed with the difference.

I have known a few farmers that had peacocks for outdoor pets...also kinda watchdog thing too(They make a lot of noise when someone comes)

Some friends of mine about 25 miles out into the country have peacocks. And turkeys, chickens, horses, dogs, cats, geese, guinea fowl, pigs, and a lot of grandchildren. It's pandemonium over there!

It was a pet. We used to keep the standard blues, and, when they breed, they will sometimes throw a white. That's how we got ours.

Unfortunately, a weazel or coon (probably a coon) killed them all last fall and we haven't replaced them.

We're looking at golden pheonix chickens instead, but we have to revamp the coop & run first.

Wow, the things I learn. ^^ That's sad about the racoon though. I would assume the coop needs to be made pest-unfriendly first?

When I would drive to Pasadena for work, you would regularly see peacocks chilling in people's front yards. And also walking across the streets. We have an arboretum here. I guess they wandered off and just stay that way. We also have wild parrots. Yup. Not as nice as you would think. Very noisy!
