Pretty boring but you did say my LAST mistake. I undercooked JP's steak tonight. He had to finish it so I could have my own dinner while it was still hot. He's used to it though. If you want your steak done properly, don't get a vegetarian to do it! My honey roasted sweet potatoes were as well received as ever though.
