    @ Danie: Is it bad that my first two thoughts were 1) "Holy crap, she has a lot of clothes" and 2) "the picture on the wall is crooked" ...lol - you look lovely in the photo, by the way. But I think you look German, not Canadian!

      Haha that's only -some- of my clothes...I'll take a pic later of my "closet", aka the entire far wall of my bedroom
      The pics are actually hung diagonally and there are 3 fans in 3 shadow boxes (which is why they're hung that way)....but it's hard to see in the picture! I shall post a pic of that later too because I am proud of it (though it was my mom's idea not mine!)

            lol, thanks...my best friend was over helping me, and well...she turned around and got me in the face with a paint brush, then I smeared it trying to wipe it off...and, you should see my poor dog--she's covered in paint from brushing up against the wall.

            I'm totally procrastinating doing clean up.


            ETA...though I learned my paint-in-the-hair lesson in the Navy--ALWAYS cover your hair, paint takes forever to get out. Also, when painting overhead, wear eye protection...nothing worse than looking up and getting paint in your eye.

              Me right now :P Just got ready and I think I look smoking! ALSO this top? I couldn't get into it a few months ago and now it fits perfectly. Woo me.

                Allie wanted in on the picture...so it became an unexpected full-body shot. New hair color, and I'm really liking it!

                Incidentally, the woman on my shirt is Ada Lovelace...serious geek points if you know who that is (no google!).

                    I think the difference is that the pictures I was seeing before had a lot more of the pink...that's why I didn't pick up on how blond the back was.

                          Indian Chief 'Two Eagles' was asked by a white government official; "You have observed the white man for 90 years. You've seen his wars and his technological advances. You've seen his progress, and the damage he's done."

                          The Chief nodded in agreement.

                          The official continued; "Considering all these events, in your opinion, where did the white man go wrong?"

                          The Chief stared at the government official for over a minute and then calmly replied..                             Des, aside from the fact that you look ADORABLE (and, may I say much happier and I love the hair!!), where the heck do you get an Ada Lovelace shirt?

                            Because if someone makes a shirt with her on it, I'm sure they have other nerdy-cool stuff!
