              This list is literally so long. I suffer from anxiety. Everything stresses me out to a degree. The big ones are finances, social obligations, life choices and past regrets, etc.

                      The flat being dirty/untidy. The woman upstairs who clears her throat every 10-30 seconds and so loudly that I hear it even with earplugs in, and uses the bedroom like it's the living room, and only works part time so she's home a lot. If I'm woken up early through the day, I can forget going back to sleep... and it can happen several times a week, usually resulting in me being overtired and probably contributing to my anxiety/low moods. My boss coming into work at 6 am and just hovering around drinking coffee, going out for a smoke every 10 minutes and crapping in the lovely clean toilet like it's a freaking free house, because his husband is off work. I don't know if he's hiding the extent of his smoking from his husband, or if he won't sh*t in the house if he's home, but either way I wish he'd find someone else to annoy with his presence. DAY SHIFT STARTS AT 8 am dammit.. you should know, you write the bloomin' rota. Grrraaaaaaaahhhhh.
