Have to say I was a little disappointed. It was ok but not nearly as scary as I thought it would be

I gotta admit, I'm getting a little tired of the gunslinger/outlaw-returns-from-Hell-to-mete-out-justice-for-Satan trope.

Honestly he was probably the most disappointing part of the movie. He wasn't BAD or anything, he just was wasn't as good as he was in the book. I still enjoyed seeing him, but yeah.

The Hobbit is so good! I loved the Laketown moments. Does anyone else agree that Bard looks a LOT like Orlando Bloom?

Every moment of a life is a horrible tragedy, a slapstick comedy, dark nihilism, golden illumination, or nothing at all; depending on how we write the story we tell ourselves.
