So a very close couple to KP and I believed they would never be able to have kids as the guy had had an injury at a much younger age which everyone believed had killed off his swimmers. Well we got a wake up phone call from them today announcing they are pregnant!!!!!! I am super super happy for them!!!!

I actually have a full 8 hours of work tomorrow. It's the only day this week (another 4 hour shift on Saturday), but hey, that'll still be on this coming paycheque.

I had a sane conversation with someone on youtube. It's like a miracle. We were talking about how people of different religions (or of no religion at all) should be able to get along instead of hating on each other. Well, in the end she told me (She's a really dedicated Christian) "I'm sorry if I get this wrong, but may your gods bless you". And I thought to myself "I just regained hope in humanity. People can get along after all."

Raccoons. I have loved raccoons since I read Sterling North's Rascal when I was about 12 years old. I actually got the opportunity to raise an orphan raccoon back into the wild on two different occasions during two summers. Now, on my porch about every night a mamma raccoon and her 4 cubs finish off the extra dry cat food left for the cats. And they make a mess in the water dish. I watch them from the window sometimes and can't help but smile.

Oh. I also got a raise. Probably an extra $70 a month. Not too shabby!
