            Yes when I said it gets as low as 7 degrees, I meant in July. In the winter, or even now. We get well, welllll below zero. Also funny clip.

                Haha where I'm from it rarely even snows. Not in town, anyway. It snows in the mountains, but most of the towns are directly by the water and it rains all winter. Basically, west coast weather is the same as Seattle. When we used to go to the States on holiday, we used to tell Americans to "think Seattle" when they asked us about our weather lol.

                      Had a super-weird dream last night (this morning actually). I was on a small plane with my ex-husband and Hannibal Lechter. Dr. Lechter was protecting me and making sure I got off the plane first so he could deal with my ex. I guess that speaks volumes, even after all these years, huh?

                              The usual phrasing is "Not enough room to swing a cat."

                              The reason you'd "swing a cat" is that one's beloved pet has stopped breathing, and one does not want to do mouth-to-mouth. I do not know if this works or not, I just know I read it somewhere.

                              However, the phrase itself is old Navy slang, and refers to that lovely item of shipboard discipline, the cat 'o nine tails.

                                I just heard on the news about something to do with someone(s) (courts maybe?) deciding if the whole Obamacare lives or dies. My opinion?



                                KILL IT!!!

                                I don't have health insurance. I can't get it because my employer won't offer it since I'm only part-time and they won't give me full-time and I haven't been able to find full-time employment. I can't get it through the healthcare website because all the offers the site gave me are too expensive so I can't afford to get it myself. Even with all those reasons for not having it, the government is going to punish me. Either make the insurance affordable for me, make my employer offer it to me, or find me a full-time job that offers it. Otherwise, leave my income tax refund alone!

                                Man, I hope Obamacare dies.
