It's 3:20pm, and all I've done today is make crepes, eat cereal, and read 500 pages of a book.

I guess I should go shower, or something.

Relived that horrible feeling of reading a pompous, wordy essay written by some one who obviously had not done the reading assignment. *shudder* I would have lost my mind if I had stayed in academe. Or killed some one. That could work, though.... insanity defense built right in.

My phone screen is shattered. Super shattered---glass shards and all.

Awesomely, the hotel we are at (courtesy of the NIH) will drive us to the mall in their car (which is actually a limo) so I can hit up the phone store and get a new phone.

It was really cold and I dropped it on the asphalt...then I took it inside where it was warm.
